The item I ordered arrived damaged and the email address associated with the company doesn’t work. I’ve also tried contacting via their social media but they do not respond. Therefore I am left with a defective product I cannot use and no way of obtaining a refund or replacement item. I do not recommend purchasing from them!
My partner suggested these pill pots to make carrying my meds easier and more compact when travelling; I'm happy to report that they work great! The clip to hold the whole box together and the individual compartment clips are both strong and secure enough to feel like they won't just come undone by themselves, but loose enough to not cause hand pain when trying to pop them open - just right! There are lots of different sections so that you can either store each type of pill in a separate section or if you need to take pills at many different times of day, this box has you covered. Alternatively you can store your daily meds in some of the sections and a few "as needed" meds in the other sections - great flexibility! I bought both sets of colourways and they all look great - hopefully even more colour options will be looked at in the future :). I've seen this same design before as I bought a green box a few years back that I keep spare computer screws in, and can say that it has maintained that ideal balance of accessible but also firmly held closed by the clips and I've never had that unit pop open or break, so assuming that these are more-or-less the same design, I'm hopeful for many more years of practical, usable and flexible storage! In addition to the physical products, buying pockt also comes with a complimentary set of printable labels that you can use to label your meds. However you should be aware that these labels are for over-the-counter regular medication, not for prescription medication so unfortunately the labels weren't useful to me, but no biggie, I can just put some regular Dymo labels on them or write with sharpie - plenty of flexibility there.

My products arrived broken. I have tried to reach out multiple times, and had no response. Very dissapointed.

The Large Pockt box within the Pockt bundle arrived already broken. When I opened the package, the spine of the XL box was mostly torn and was about to be completely torn all the way through. See the attached picture. I emailed the support@pockt.co several times and all my emails bounced back, were returned to me. I have not been able to reach them.
Love the container, just a small issue when you open one of the compartments- it pulls the seal up too. It pushed back down easily enough but it is a bit annoying.

It’s impossible to ask for a replacement your email and phone number are inactive! So pissed actually.
Surely, this request for a review is an automated message, or a joke. I have been trying to get in touch to secure a refund or replacement. As I have had no response, I have initiated a credit card chargeback. Item 1 (Damaged): The item arrived with a broken hinge and a visible crack in the casing. It is physically damaged and non-functional. Item 2 (Not as described/Poor quality): While this unit did not arrive with physical breaks, it is of such poor manufacturing quality that the compartments are extremely difficult to open, rendering the item unfit for its intended purpose. Packaging: Both items were shipped in a simple plastic envelope with minimal bubble wrap, which provided insufficient protection and likely contributed to the damage of the first unit. 4. Evidence of Attempted Resolution and Non-Responsiveness Prior to initiating this dispute, I attempted to contact the merchant to resolve these issues in accordance with their advertised 30-day return policy. I have received confirmation that the merchant’s support email address (support@pockt.co) is non-existent, resulting in a "Mail Delivery Failure." Furthermore, the company’s listed phone number is inactive, they are unresponsive on social media, and the business address provided is not associated with this company.
Super useful for someone who needs to carry medication with them at all times. I used to carry around crushed boxes which got weathered and you couldn’t read the dosage anymore. Because of the hard plastic and clear packaging it’s really easy to store, label and write instructions on all my medication. Extra helpful if someone has to help me take the medication as it means they can see exactly what i need and how much.
I really appreciate this design. It’s simple and compact and the snaps for each compartment work very well. And secure!! I’ve tried other similar ideas, but this is by far the best. I used to struggle with taking my meds on time whether it be because I forgot them at home or even if I had them, the container would pop open and spill all my pills. Not with design. Thank you so so much for making an excellent product.

I absolutely love pockt.! I am on a number of medications , and had used those bulky old school medication organizers or had to deal with a bunch of prescription bottles taking up space. It was especially difficult on the go. With pockt., I can fit all my meds in one container and it can go with me anywhere ! It’s sturdy and good quality with cute colours. I like the labels , but my only suggestion would be to provide the labels as stickers instead of having to print and glue them ourselves , as they don’t always stick very well. Thanks so much , I will be spreading the word !

I absolutely love my awesome little medicine container. I always hated carrying around pill bottles in my purse and any other pill box only would hold just a few pills. I have a need to carry multiple medications with me and was looking for something like this, so I jumped at these when I spotted them on a social media ad. The pink one is bright enough that I can see it in my handbag easily. It is also pocket friendly. It has four large compartments, two medium and two small. At the moment I’m using all but three of them. The item itself is very well made, sturdy with a great clasp to keep it together. I’ve dropped it numerous times and it’s not broken or had meds fall out. Definitely recommend!!
What a great idea and design! I travel a fair amount and this is a very practical way to keep all necessary bits organised. I love that I can take emergency supplies of some drugs with me without having to justify a whole extra box in my bag. I just wish there were options on the number/size of compartments or potentially if they were modular it would be a perfect piece of kit! Extra kudos for providing the labels!
Love it… I don’t use a lot of meds & the ones I do take are standard over the counter ones… the one label I’d love that is missing is for Polaramine so if you could create that I’d be grateful
